I work within painting, sculpture and photography, frequently merging these disciplines in a multi-faceted, process led practice. My unusual sculptures aim to transform the ordinary and my photographic works exist through close interrogation of my sculptural works. I combine painting and sculpture by pouring paint over found objects, the paint naturally flows over the form of the object resulting in pools and ripples of colour. I am also concerned with the manipulation of scale and one way I attempt to do this is by using the camera lens to disconnect an image from its whole, enabling it to exist beyond itself. My practice is a continuous interrogation and transformation of object and image where I tackle themes such as domesticity and the integrity of the image.
